Yoga Nidra n°9 – English

Yoga Nidra n°9 is the first practice given in English!!!

The sequence is around 35mn and it is composed of the following

  • initial relaxation;
  • rotation of consciousness;
  • breathing (space in between the eyebrows – back of the head);
  • visualisation (sequence of images);
  • visualisation (chanting OM mantra);
  • final relaxation.

Better to practice Yoga Nidra after a short sequence of asanas to release any tensions lodged in the body.
