Yoga Nidra n°10 is in the English language.
The sequence is close to 40mn and it is composed of the following
- initial relaxation;
- rotation of consciousness;
- breathing (alternate nostril breathing);
- visualisation (sequence of images);
- visualisation (golden egg);
- final relaxation.
Better to practice Yoga Nidra after a short sequence of asanas to release any tensions lodged in the body.
